Through October 18, 2026, Le Jacquard Français is participating in “The Call of the Archipelago,” an exhibition conceived by Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche centered on Japan and its influence on contemporary design and lifestyle. An invitation to discover a delicate dialogue between craftsmanship, materials, and creativity. In the Maison sections, Le Jacquard Français joins a selection of brands and designers united by this Japanese inspiration, with a particular focus on tableware. For the occasion, the brand is unveiling a limited-edition table linens collection inspired by Boro, the traditional Japanese art of patching and patchwork. Fabric scraps are repurposed to create a new collection of tablecloths, napkins, and dish towels, blending a reimagined tradition with a circular aesthetic. As part of Paris Design Week 2026, Le Jacquard Français continues its creative collaboration with Jean-Michel Wilmotte, featuring two highlights: the preview of “Night Club by Wilmotte,” a new bedding collection, and the launch of “Deep Blue,” a new color for the iconic Club tablecloth. The result of a collaboration that began five years ago, “Night Club by Wilmotte” explores the intersection of architecture, design, and textile craftsmanship. The bedding collection features a graphic language defined by vibrant geometric patterns and bright blue lines that evoke neon lights and the world of nightlife. At the same time, the Club tablecloth, designed by Jean-Michel Wilmotte for Le Jacquard Français, is unveiled in a new “Deep Blue” colorway. This deep, contemporary shade breathes new life into this iconic creation, which will be available for purchase starting during Paris Design Week. From September 10 to 19, 2026, these new items will be on display at the Le Jacquard Français boutique in Saint-Germain-des-Prés. For the occasion, the storefront window will be adorned with the graphic and color motifs of Night Club, featuring contrasting elements, electric blue, lighting effects, and architectural lines.
