CREATION AND INSPIRATION

From sketch to weave

The design studio at work on samples

Nearly ten months before launch, our collections take shape in the design studio through drawings, inspirations and colour research.

Our creative studio then translates each pattern into weaving points, also known as “weaves”. A true textile language, weaves define the interplay of relief, light, matte and shine that gives Jacquard all its richness.

Each design goes through several loom trials to reach the desired level of finesse and precision. Every piece thus has its own graphic signature.

For each collection, 30 designs of tablecloths, tea towels and glass cloths, placemats, bath and beach towels are created by our design team, who draw inspiration from fashion and decoration trends.
