Description
The iconic theme of our house, nature is reinventing itself this year with a touch of fantasy. Nature Urbaine celebrates the reborn vegetation and diffuses the energy and joy of spring. Lush flowers and leaves invade the tables and terraces to enjoy the mild weather. A collection that is a rich mix of floral and geometric patterns, with 3D effects for a resolutely dynamic result. A resolutely soft coloring in a camaieu of neutrals: sesame beige, white sugar and nutmeg combine for a collection of finesse. For an aperitif on the terrace or for your everyday meals, Nature Urbaine table runners add refinement to your decor. Also available in a coated version for indoor and outdoor use. Our products are woven in 100% cotton, combed long fibers, to guarantee a superior quality. The longest fibers produce a soft touch, perfectly smooth and resistant cloth; the fineness of the combed yarns brings incomparable shine and precision to our designs. Because trust in our products is paramount, Le Jacquard Français manufactures products with the OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 label. Created in 1992, this independent international label guarantees a limited and strictly controlled use of substances hazardous to health and the environment during the manufacture of textiles at all stages of processing. French Jacquard applies a specific treatment to limit cotton shrinkage during washing. Our cotton remains stable over time and the products retain their proportions to give you complete satisfaction.Material
THE STAGES OF CREATION OF OUR PRODUCTS
From the creation of the designs to the making, a Le Jacquard Français product requires 15 manufacturing steps, all carried out with the greatest care and an infinite sense of detail, before coming to dress your home: creation, lisage (translation of the creations into Jacquard language stitch by stitch), selection of the best quality cotton and linen yarns, countertyping of the yarn colors according to the trends of the moment (about 60 per year), yarn dyeing (preferably great dyeing), winding (to limit yarn waste), inking, warping and reuniting (to make the warp), knotting and weaving, piece inspection (quality control of the fabrics), ennobling, and finally making up and packaging.
Today, thanks to our 53 looms, we compose a large number of original designs at a rate of two collections per year. Weavers, knotters, warpers, gluers, stitchers are all trades and gestures exercised with passion and for generations in our factory in Gérardmer, which conceive for you the most beautiful creations of Le Jacquard Français.
