Every tablecloth, apron, and dish towel in your collection of table and kitchen textiles carries with it a story of shared meals, precious moments, and culinary creativity. However, behind these pieces lie subtle symbols designed to preserve their quality and elegance over time. Care labels, adorned with circles, squares, and triangles, are an open window into the necessary care to keep your textiles charming and colorful.
If a picture is worth a thousand words, it is sometimes more complicated to decipher than a simple text. This is especially true when it comes to the many washing symbols found on your textiles' care labels. What do these circles, squares, and triangles mean? And why should you pay attention to their message?
MEANING OF SYMBOLS ON LABELS

CARE TIPS
Always refer to the washing symbols on the product label.
Intervene as quickly as possible on a fresh stain so that it does not set in as it dries. Find all our tips for removing stains from your tablecloth in our dedicated article.
Tumble drying is not recommended as it wears out the fibers and dulls the fabric. All our products receive a treatment that helps control shrinkage. However, it is normal to observe a slight shrinkage of about 4% after the first washes.
