Description
This season, we invite you to spend a moment with "Slow Life". This collection breaks with the standard way of doing things and represents a new way of entertaining that highlights the essence of our know-how in working with materials. This line with careful detailing makes the most of muted, sophisticated colors. Available in two lines?one for the table and the other for the kitchen?"Slow Life" gently accompanies moments of sharing around a pretty, refined table. Well-being is the basis for this new collection, with a selection of items designed to stand apart from traditional settings. Including a tablecloth, a set of placemat-napkins, table mats and an extra item to use as a sofa throw, tablecloth or lap robe, the Slow Life collection offers a new art of living. Use one or several items to create a beautiful table setting. Use a placemat as a napkin and vice-versa. Since the colors are elegantly restrained, you can dare to mix them as you like. Try clay, khaki, cobalt, carbon or terracotta mixed with non-matching tableware. Styles and colors can be combined in an affirmative style to delight your guests. The light tablecloth has a naturally wrinkled look and a delicate hang denoting a casual approach that invites living the present moment to the fullest. Worked in a linen and cotton weave in three patterns, the tablecloth blends our company's purest tradition with contemporary motifs and a supple treatment resulting in an unconventionally stylish look. For rediscovering the taste of authenticity.

THE STAGES OF CREATION OF OUR PRODUCTS
From the creation of the designs to the making, a Le Jacquard Français product requires 15 manufacturing steps, all carried out with the greatest care and an infinite sense of detail, before coming to dress your home: creation, lisage (translation of the creations into Jacquard language stitch by stitch), selection of the best quality cotton and linen yarns, countertyping of the yarn colors according to the trends of the moment (about 60 per year), yarn dyeing (preferably great dyeing), winding (to limit yarn waste), inking, warping and reuniting (to make the warp), knotting and weaving, piece inspection (quality control of the fabrics), ennobling, and finally making up and packaging.
Today, thanks to our 53 looms, we compose a large number of original designs at a rate of two collections per year. Weavers, knotters, warpers, gluers, stitchers are all trades and gestures exercised with passion and for generations in our factory in Gérardmer, which conceive for you the most beautiful creations of Le Jacquard Français.
